We will provide you a one on one support to assist you to access and participate in your local community throughout the week. We will also develop for you service and range of programs for you to engage in and participate in your community. We will also work with you the activities you have selected and programs you want to do during the week as an ongoing support to assist you to participate in activities of your choice in the community.
